Terms of sale
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms apply to every paid purchase on SCP TCG. By paying, you (or the parent who pays) accept them.
Seller
Sales are made by L’éditeur de SCP TCG (personne physique), reachable at tcg.scp@gmail.com.
Digital products
Two offers, delivered only to the signed-in account:
- 10-booster pack: 1,99 € incl. tax. Added to your reserve even if some remain (example: 1 left + 10 bought = 11/10).
- 20-slot reserve: 3,99 € incl. tax. Raises the free-booster cap from 10 to 20. One purchase per account. Does not grant 20 boosters at once.
Price and payment
Prices are in euros, tax included. Payment is collected by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. A purchase does not improve duel odds.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate (or within a few minutes) after payment confirmation: boosters or the cap appear on the account. No postal shipping.
Withdrawal right
For digital content supplied immediately, French law (Consumer Code article L. 221-28 13°) allows the 14-day withdrawal right to end once delivery has started, if you asked for immediate delivery and accepted to lose that right. The box ticked before payment is that request and agreement. After delivery, the purchase is not refunded except where the law requires it (failed delivery, unauthorised payment, defect).
Minors and parents
A minor must not pay without a parent or guardian’s agreement. The account and payment method must belong to the parent or be used with their consent. Error messages and these pages are written so a parent can understand them.
Account
A confirmed email account is required to play and buy. You cannot invent a win, cards or credits: the economy is computed only on our servers.
Complaints and mediation
Write first to tcg.scp@gmail.com. If the disagreement remains, you may contact a consumer mediator (required for sales to individuals in France) and the EU online dispute platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
A consumer mediator will be listed here once membership is completed. Until then, write to tcg.scp@gmail.com. You can also use the EU platform above.
Governing law
French law. French courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of mandatory rights in their EU country of residence.
